Ticket prices and availability constantly fluctuate according to a number of factors, not least supply, and demand.
We require our suppliers to provide prices that include all mandatory fees and surcharges. However, on occasion, there may be inaccuracies in the information we receive from our suppliers, so you may see a price on myCiity which is no longer available due to, for example, the seat being sold to another traveler.
As myCiity does not sell tickets, it is impossible for us to influence the price in any way. The prices on our site come directly from the online travel agencies and airlines and this is what we show you in our results.
As a free global travel search site, myCiity helps you plan your trip, but we don’t handle bookings, nor do we have access to your booking information. Once you’ve found what you are looking for, we redirect you to the relevant online travel agency or airline to complete your booking. This means your booking is with them, not with myCiity.
Therefore, if you have questions about how to cancel or make changes to an existing booking, you should contact the supplier with whom you booked directly. You should be able to find the supplier’s contact details in your booking confirmation.
Depending on the supplier, different rules and options may apply for changes, cancellations, and refunds. However, you should be able to read more about these on the supplier’s website.

Our standard search contains “English” and “Euro” as presets, however, you will find over 40 global currencies on myCiity.
You can change the currency from the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the search portal.
In most cases you can pay in your local currency once redirected to the airline and online travel agent’s website. However, there can be exceptions where the supplier does not have this option. Please note that if you are redirected to a supplier who cannot charge you in the same currency as your bank or credit card provider uses, the currency conversion will be done by your card provider.
Should you see a different currency once redirected, we recommend contacting your bank to check to see what fees they may apply.
We list 40+ currencies with which you have the option to search on for tickets. However, some airlines and online travel agencies may only allow you to see and pay for your ticket in a limited number of currencies.
Please note that if you are redirected to a supplier who cannot charge you in the same currency as your bank or credit card provider uses, the currency conversion will be done by your card provider. This also means that they may charge you an exchange fee for the conversion and we, therefore, recommend you contact your card provider to find out what fees may apply to you.

When performing a search for multiple travelers on myCiity, we are given a total price for all travelers from the supplier.
However, often we are not informed of the individual price per passenger and we, therefore, display the overall price.
Once you are redirected to the supplier’s site, you should be able to see a breakdown of the prices of each individual traveler.
Our default search is Economy class. However, on myCiity you have the option to search your preferred ticket class (i.e. Economy, Premium economy, Business class or First class) by selecting it in the search menu where you choose the number of passengers.
Once you have completed the booking process, your ticket will generally be issued as an e-ticket within the airline’s reservation system and sent to you from the portal on which you have booked.
Information such as the booking number, airline information (departure times and dates), etc will be sent to you by e-mail.
You can use the booking number to check-in online; and in some cases, that’s the only way to do so. When checking in at the airport, you will normally use your personal ID or passport.
Change or cancellation terms can vary depending on the airline or the fare class. Generally, it’s not possible to change a ticket without paying a fee.
As our engines and price comparisons redirect you to the relevant booking portal, your contract is with the portal you book with and you should contact them if you have any further questions.

If you are experiencing errors or have problems completing your booking once redirected to your preferred supplier’s site, we recommend you contact them directly as only they will be able to assist you.

As our hotel price comparison redirects you to the relevant booking portal, your contract is with the portal you book with and you should contact them if you have any further questions.
It may, however, be quicker to resolve some smaller changes by getting in contact with the hotel directly.

Babies and small children can stay in their parents’ room for free in many hotels. An extra bed is often available for a small supplement.
However, you should review the descriptive text for each hotel on the booking portal to verify the specific details and get in touch with the hotel should you have any specific questions.
